Implementation Timeline

Setup & Integration

We work with you to set up the integration(s) you require. From ecommerce and inventory platforms to last mile and billing systems, our integration process is simplified.

Timeline: As fast as one day.

Inbound Ready

Once integrations are set up and tested, we begin preparing your first inventory arrival. From confirming product information and booking your first inbound ASN, we take all the necessary steps to ensure your products go from dock-to-stock fast and accurately.

Timeline: Dock-to-Stock in 48hrs!

Outbound Launch

Once your initial inventory has been reviewed and received, the outbound testing can begin. Before turning on the taps, we test a handful of orders to ensure a smooth process, free of any technical issues. Once confirmed, the fulfillment starts!

Timeline: Same-day fulfillment for all orders dropped before 1pm local time.

Returns Process

A structured returns process is extremely important to any Brand <> 3PL relationship. Working with Two Boxes and your RMA provider, we digitize your returns SOP, ensuring returns are processed quickly and without issue, resulting in more returns going back to stock.

Timeline: Returns are processed within 48hrs.

Invoice & Billing Setup

Before finalizing your first invoice, we will schedule a meeting with your Account Manager and review all inputs. This helps ensure any questions are addressed live on a call and you’re not left questioning any line items. Billing accuracy is of utmost importance to us.

Timeline: Within your first month.

Handover to your Account Manager

Once we’ve established a strong rhythm of performance and clarity with operations and billing, our implementations team will schedule a call and officially hand the reigns to your Account Manager (AM). From there, your AM will be your main point of contact!

Timeline: 30-60 days
